XGuard RC Product Return Policy
At XGuard RC, we pride ourselves on quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 180 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that items on sale that are not Official Holidays, or items on clearance, or items that are sold as discontinued clearance cannot be returned.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
For returns within the continental US, XGuard RC will cover the shipping cost. For international returns, the customer will bear the cost of shipping.
If the returned product is out of stock or discontinued, we will replace it with the same model or the new version of the product, as decided by XGuard RC.
Return of Defective or Damaged Items
We will accept returns for products with defects in material or workmanship, as well as items damaged during shipping from us to you. In such cases, XGuard RC will bear the shipping cost.
Replacement of Defective or Damaged Items
If a replacement item is also defective or gets damaged in transit, it will be accepted back for replacement.
If the product is returned, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund.
